The mediating role of psychological capital on organizational psychological ownership-organizational readiness for change relationship

The Covid 19 pandemic has accelerated the pace of change, especially in hospital industry sector Indonesia. global Indonesia had an impact on mental health workers which caused work discomfort that must be faced so Psychological Capital is needed, ability individuals to survive (resilience) a environment full pressure during pandemic. purpose this research investigate influence organizational psychological ownership and role capital readiness change. This study was attended by 75 respondents from satellite teaching city Surabaya, filling out online questionnaire addressed employees. results show influences for change directly mediated through capital. paper contributes theory Conservation Resource Theory validated needed prove relationship between proposed found have mediating Several practical implications building will organizations, after pandemic, are change-oriented individual employees ready initiatives.
